My Dentist always explains what she’s doing and why she’s doing it so it makes sense. I’m Neurodivergent and like to know why something is the way it is, so when having dental treatment I need to understand why that particular procedure is being used, and my Dentist is brilliant because she always explains. I highly recommend this dental practice, and especially if you have additional needs, because I’ve never treated less favourably than anybody else. It’s also a pleasing environment because of the colour of the walls. Some places I find too stark and clinical, but this Dentist is painted harmoniously making it feel a nice environment to be in, even if you don’t particularly enjoy visiting the Dentist! 10 out of 10 rating from me.Posted on Google

However, as I was terrified, I couldn’t actually pluck up the courage to go, until I had no alternative. From the minute I went up to reception, they were very kind and said to me. “ Don’t worry, you will be fine” I didn’t feel fine and I continued to worry. However, the Dentist was absolutely wonderful, she was caring, kind, and understanding, a very rare commodity in this modern age where everyone is rushing around, ticking boxes, they don’t have time to talk to you, but can send you a text at any hour of the night. She is highly skilled, up-to-date with new practices, and explains exactly what she needs to do. She offers advice around the different options/scenarios that are open to me and how they are likely to impact on me. I never feel pressurised to proceed with any treatment. My dentists expertise are extraordinary good ensuring I feel totally relaxed (at my ease) as procedures are undertaken. I full appreciate that dentistry is not free, it is merely subsided by the NHS, however, I believe that Middleton Dental is excellent value for money. The practice has such a wonderful team. Elizabeth AJanuary 8, 2026My teeth were deteriorating rapidly and I got to the stage where I was embarrassed to smile. I wasn't sure what could be done and was resigned to a denture at some point. However, after discussing the options I decided to go for composite bonding, a none invasive treatment to build up and improve the appearance of my top front teeth. As a nervous patient I was quite apprehensive about having a 2.5 hour appointment, but I can safely say that it was painless without even a twinge. Dr Fazil explained what he was doing at every stage and checked that I was comfortable and whether I needed a break. Both Fazil and Zoe, the dental nurse were very calm and professional. I am a nervous patient and find it very difficult to come to the dentist regularly but I am wanting to change this but I needed work done this time and I have been left bruised and in a lot of pain in my left cheek which they said is due to the injection to numb being put into my cheek muscle by mistake. I have had a check up since and they have been fine and I have been reassured. I do like coming to see the dentist at bank dental as they are lovely I just haven’t been very well since I have had this bad experience. I know things can happen by accident so it’s nothing I am blaming just with being a nervous patient anyway I am now even more. I had new dentures made by him and took his time to ensure a good fit. I had to go back for slight adjustment which he was more than happy to do so. S BMay 12, 2024Had some teeth pulled out that were giving me some pain when ever I was chewing tough food like peanuts, steak, pizza crust etc. Once the anaesthetic was injected into my gums I felt nothing, no pain at all and no pain when the anaesthetic worn off a couple of hours later neither. A few months later when my gums had healed I had top dentures made for me by the dentist A.R. and they fit perfect. I would recommend anybody that is suffering with their teeth to have them looked at. 5 stars all round for the staff and especially the dentist.Posted on Google

On arrival the staff where welcoming all sat with smiles and a professional manner. My dental therapist Jaynisha gave me a check over and appointments straight away to have the work done needed. She was very professional with a calming engery about her which reassured and calmed me while having my treatment done. All the staff are warm and caring about their patients with flexibility to work on patients schedule. The surgery is bright and clean with a modern interior.. someone who hasn't been to the dentist in years through fear of judgement is very happy with the overall treatment, experience and compassion the staff give to their patients. I waited around 4 weeks so was really pleased with this. Everybody was amazing, from the receptionist, practitioners and the lead dentist. I haven't been to the dentist for about 9 years so my teeth needed a fair amount of work. Adjoining teeth needed to be crowns to support the false teeth on each sides of mouth plus from an aesthetic view i wanted a better look. Due to previous dentist i became quite a nervous patient. I should have never worried. Booked in with Ammar Rahman who explained with options what could be done and what he would suggest (his suggestions were not the most expensive offered, though the best for myself|) from extractions bridge prep and impressions which took time due to healing, then to finally have the fixed bridges i am absolutely thilled. Ammar delivered what he promised and made me regain confidence in visiting a dentist again with the manner he has.
